'Louisiana Lifestyle Expo' to Feature Cooking Demonstrations by Burgundy L. Olivier of the "I LOVE SPINACH" Cookbook

Lafayette LA - The Cajundome Convention Center will be the setting for the 'Louisiana Lifestyle Expo' slated for April 4, 5, and 6, 2003. Produced by 'Exciting Concepts' under the guidance of Mr. Frank Bergeron, this event will showcase hundreds of area businesses.

A sampling at this year's event will include exibitors from the home and garden industry, as well as health and fitness, beauty and fashion, finance and communication, and a 'Taste of Louisiana', provided by area restuarunts, chefs, and celebrities.

Olivier, author of the Collector's Edition "I LOVE SPINACH' cookbook, will be on-hand Friday, and again on Sunday, to perform LIVE cooking classes. Seating is limited so come early and be prepared for some mouth-watering samples. Olivier will remain afterwards to personalize and autograph copies of her cookbook.
