"New Orleans Wine & Food Experience" Has Chosen Burgundy L. Olivier for their "Grand Tastings"
Olivier will prepare "Shrimp and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts with a Tasso, Shrimp and Fresh Mushroom Cream Sauce, served Over Fettuccine Pasta" at 7:00pm on Friday, May 24, during the 5pm to 9pm "Grand Tastings." Also that evening, as well as on Saturday, Olivier will be serving "Creamed Spinach", a recipe from her "I LOVE SPINACH" Cookbook, to the estimated five thousand guests. In addition, the NOWFE "Grand Tastings" will provide wines from over 150 wineries, as well as food samplings from famous New Orleans restaurants.
