OMNI Royal Orleans is Setting For Live Broadcast on Wichita Radio Talk Show for Local Author Burgundy L. Olivier

New Orleans, LA – On Saturday, March 1, 2003, Burgundy L. Olivier, author of the "I LOVE SPINACH" cookbook was the featured guest on "The Good Life", a 60-minute radio talk show hosted by Guy Bower in Wichita, KS on station KNSS 1240. Guy Bower travels the world looking for interesting guests in the wine and food industry, and recently met Olivier at the "New Orleans Wine and Food Experience."

The OMNI Royal Orleans Hotel in the heart of the French Quarter played host for this lively and informative interview. During their interview, Olivier and Bower treated the listening audience to sounds of the blues provided by the Delgado Brothers out of Los Angeles, CA.

Olivier answered questions about the history of the cookbook, nutritional values of spinach, and even shared some spinach recipes. When Bower offered up an autographed copy of the "I LOVE SPINACH" cookbook, he said his phones "rang off the hook."

Bower, better know as "Good Life Guy", plans to return to New Orleans in two months and hopes to have Olivier on his show again, this time at the Cookin' Cajun Cooking School in the Riverwalk Mall.
