Louisiana’s "I LOVE SPINACH" Cookbook author, Burgundy L. Olivier, Attends Southern Living Cooking School

Lafayette LA - - Burgundy L. Olivier, author and publisher of the "I LOVE SPINACH" Cookbook, has recently attended the Southern Living Cooking School in Alexandria, LA.

Olivier and her husband Al, were among a small group of Lafayette residents who traveled to the Rapides Parish facility to participate in this event, which was sponsored in part by The Town Talk Newspaper of Alexandria. According to Olivier, nearly a dozen Southern Living-approved recipes were prepared on stage.

In addition to the cooking demonstrations, Southern Living presented home-decorating ideas, food garnishment suggestions and video footage of their test kitchens in Birmingham, AL, which included a personal message from their Editor.
